Here, Forever. After updating my lovely Socially Democratic Nation State, I have set down the Plan of finishing my first draft of my short story. The finished story will count for about .. oh, 100% of the final mark, so I would like it to be well-written. ^_^

Today Bob and I were discussing the legalities of downloading, and Bob said "I don't even think of it as illegal anymore".. Well, I mainly leech things I wouldn't actually be able to buy eg. fan scanlations of manga that hasn't been released in english or Australia yet, and some things I don't even know if I could purchase unless I went to the country myself and hunted the item out. And then we have my 'try before I buy' random downloading of some music that turns out to be a popular modern US band that I of course never knew of. Such is the life of I.

And while I am lamenting the breakup of the Tetris Allstars (as if they could go without a mention), I am further lamenting the horrible anti-virus software that prevents me from downloading the songs at all. Most frustrating.

My left ear has a slight red-pain and burning sensation, as I got two new piercings in it straight after school this afternoon. So that's a lovely 5 holes in my ears altogether - yay! And it seems my once proclamation ('I'll never get my lobes done!') is surviving the apocolypse.

Today whilst walking home from school I came upon a boy. Not imaginary, real this boy was. He wore a cap, was in school uniform with his bag slightly behind him and he was sitting on the pathway of the highway playing with leaves. I asked him if he was alright and he said 'yeah'. Interesting experience for later inspiration. I think he was waiting for someone to give him a lift. Oh well.

And I can't expect too much of my writing this arvo as I've already had one coffee today and want to wait until I really want another. I've been chugging down the teevee snacks. I thought I'd only have a couple. Ahh, but that is what chocolate does to you!  ¶ 4:16 PM
